Bio
Got my Networking Engineering degree at “Universidad Tecnológica del Centro“, located at Guaraca, Venezuela. Was awarded with the Cum-Laude honorific degree due my performance and grades.
My thesis also won an Honorific Mention and described the process involving the design, configuration, installation and troubleshooting of an unified communications networking environment for SOHO and medium offices.
In collage, had the privilege of working on numerous projects involving different areas including admission, math and web design/management:
- Admission UNITEC
- Picnic WiFi: was the first web-based system for digitization and distribution of old test and class material for students. This project was aimed to develop better evaluations and students by providing all the information possible regarding upcoming exams and homeworks. The content was mainly: tests, presentations, papers, old homeworks, notes, etc.
Also, I was very involved for two years on the preparation of prospects students on a 4 weeks program called “Curso Introductorio UNITEC” as Numeric Abilities coach. This area involved the teaching of how to use Math and basic Physics so solve daily problems.
After University.
On January 2009, I got the Cisco CCNA Certification at the Cisco Networking Academy in “Muelles de Alejandría“, located at Caracas, Venezuela.
Later that year, I tested my English skills successfully getting the TOEFL certification exam.
Currently I’m trying to get as much certifications as I can. This is all included in my plan of getting an MSc on networking security or multimedia. In what college? TBA. Nonetheless, the GRE certification exam is the next. I dare to say the due date is on January 2010.
