Besides my academic career, I’ve been involved on the development of different Web 2.0 projects.
These projects are the result of ideas that came to my mind.
- Fuí y Comí: is the first food reviews website that its content is feed by people. It involves the description of the food, the place and the overall experience. It has been a huge success on the community because it helps everyone to eat better and cheaper basing their decisions on the experience of others.
- MUG:Valencia: it’s a Macintosh Users Group located at Valencia, Venezuela. We gather the first saturday of each month to discuss Apple-related topics. Also the group tries to help people with problems related to any Apple product. Currently we appear at the Apple web page for users group and have about 70 active members.
- Ron y Pepitonas: just loving music by reviewing new releases. Sharing is included.
With the help of two colleagues, I founded BonCom C.A.. It is a small company that helps other SOHO of medium businesses with the TIC work.
We’ve been working for about a year solving networking and information problems, building networking environments, Websites and Web 2.0 presence, fixing and providing computers to our clients, etc.
As new projects approach, I will update this page.
